In Depth Inner Work Sessions
”The goal of inner work is to help clients unblock their bottlenecks and learn how to live in partnership with the unconscious rather than at its mercy.”
– Robert Johnson
Why Are You Here?
You are here because you are ready to further your In Depth Inner Work and explore meaning and purpose out of the depths of your spiritual experiences. It looks like you are ready to explore “the rabbit hole” of your experiences, and stay a fully functional spiritual human being.
This In Depth Inner Work is specially suited for people that have been through spiritual experiences, spiritual crisis or awakening. Those experiences, crisis or awakening can take many forms, and perhaps you have been going through some of the following:
|Dark Night of the Soul||Kundalini Awakening episode||Shamanic Crisis|
|Psychic Opening||Near Death Experience||Past Life Memories|
|UFO encounters||Channeling episode||Peak Experiences|
What Can You Expect?
During the In Depth Inner Work sessions you will find yourself in a non judgmental, trust wordy and friendly environment where you can relax and open up to your most intimate awakening experiences. It is important for you to tell your story, talk and share your truth, to be heard and understood, perhaps for the first time.
We can start the session from wherever is most beneficial for you in the present moment and go from there. So each session is open ended, although the center stage is given to your experiences and needs. It is your experiences and needs that direct the exploration of your awakening journey. The depth of your exploration depends on the level of your inquiry.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
– Carl Jung
How Deep Will I Go?
You will go as deep as you are willing and ready to. You always be in control of the situation, deciding if you are ready to take the next step.
Most probably we will revisit your old personal boogymen or bogeywomen (called the Shadow in psychotherapy). The Shadow is in general the culprit that has been blocking your progression to the next stages of the awakening journey through anxiety and fear.
”The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek. Fear of the unknown is our greatest fear. Many of us would enter a tiger’s lair before we would enter a dark cave. While caution is a useful instinct, we lose many opportunities and much of the adventure of life if we fail to support the curious explorer within us.”
– Joseph Campbell
Visiting The Bliss Fields
By letting go of your anxieties and fear you can access the personal gifts that have been taken away from you by past traumas and conditioning. Doing this it begins to make sense being whole, have integrity and authenticity.
”Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
– Carl Jung
Every challenge is an opportunity to connect with our own inner wisdom. This process can also be described as lifting the veils of our awareness to reveal the Self. Achieving this one can start to live from a place of expansion and love, free and authentic to your true nature, with a deep sense of connection with Self and others.
Making Awakening Part of Your Life
One of the aims of the In Depth Inner Work sessions is to generate a shift toward expanded awareness, making possible a deeper review of past experiences and relationships, and extract meaning from them. This is a shift toward freedom and love, making it possible to accept and find peace towards your personal life story.
In plus, as the your personal meaning surfaces, there is also the possibility to fine tune the personal purpose and direction that you have been looking for.
This integration at multiple levels is possible by teaching you powerful spiritual and psychological tools to further your inner spiritual path, and at the same time stay functional living on a human level.
Most of the so called “benefits” of this process are:
- Having more energy
- Shedding unwanted habits, patterns, or addictions
- Being more present
- Living and feeling alive and joyful
- Being more loving and compassionate
- More authentic
- Healing the past.
